Who We Are
At Early Childhood Collective, we believe in the power and promise of Head Start. Founded by a team of three seasoned professionals with deep roots in early childhood education, our mission is simple but profound: to support, uplift, and empower every person who makes Head Start thrive—teachers, administrators, family support staff, children, and the families they serve.
We know the work is complex. We know the needs are layered. And we know the heart it takes to show up every day in service of young children and their families. That’s why we’ve built the Early Childhood Collective—to be a trusted partner in professional growth, a catalyst for innovation, and a source of strength for Head Start programs across the country.
